ABAT Members Learn the Power of CCC ONE from Industry Pros

by Alana Quartuccio

This industry sure doesn’t fall short when it comes to challenges.

Thankfully, collision repair professionals in the Lone Star State can get easy access to resources via ABAT, which never falls short in its commitment to bring valuable training options to its members.

On March 5, ABAT hosted “Unleashing the Full Power of CCC ONE,” presented by the one-and-only Mike Anderson (Collision Advice) and Craig Stevens (CCC Intelligent Solutions) at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Houston.

The full-day workshop provided shop owners, managers and operators with hands-on training to help them understand and utilize all of the capabilities of CCC ONE that go beyond the estimating function.

“This was an engaging and valuable event for everyone involved,” Stevens commented. “We received excellent feedback and had meaningful interactions with many attendees, both during and after the event. The subjects that got the most attention in Houston were: electronic signatures, CCCONE.com, consumer financing, and AI mobile invoicing.

“We have been hosting these events for over a year and continue to be humbled by the strong attendance – whether participants are stepping away from their workday, as in Houston, or giving up personal time on weekends,” Stevens continued. “Mike and I remain committed to making these all-day presentations worthwhile, with the goal of helping attendees succeed in their businesses and maximize the value of their investment in CCC ONE.”
