AASP/NJ Members Win Big at Collision Advice Spartan 300 Symposium

Congratulations to AASP/NJ members Gary Gardella (Coury’s Auto Body Shop, Barnegat), Dean Massimini, Sr. (Autotech Collision Service, Sewell) and Jerry McNee (Ultimate Collision Repair, Edison) on their recent wins at the 2026 Collision Advice Spartan 300 Symposium!

“We’re honored to receive the CCC ‘Kept Informed Percentage’ award at the Collision Advice Symposium,” commented Gardella. “At Coury’s Auto Body, we know that having your vehicle in the shop can be stressful, so keeping customers informed every step of the way is something we take seriously. This recognition is really a reflection of our team’s commitment to communication, customer service and making the repair process as smooth as possible for every customer.”

Massimini’s shop was once again named to the “100 Percent Club” for using exclusively OEM parts. Autotech Collision has received this award every year since the Spartan group began. The shop was also honored with a Spartan Excellence Award for maintaining the highest quality standards. “We are honored to be recognized alongside such a great group of collision repairers,” Massimini shared. “It’s both humbling and rewarding. Having been in business for a long time, it feels fantastic to be acknowledged by our fellow Spartan shops and especially by Mike Anderson. It reinforces that we are doing things the right way.”

McNee’s shop was recognized as a recipient of the “ALLDATA OEM Research” award and named to the “100 Percent Club” for using exclusively OEM parts. “It’s a great feeling to be recognized for our commitment to following OEM repair procedures and ensuring every repair is done right,” McNee stated.

“It’s not an easy path. We are responsible for that work, and we strive to deliver a product that meets the highest standards. More than anything, it’s about putting families back into safely repaired vehicles. We will never compromise on doing what’s right.”

The Collision Advice Spartan 300 is an elite peer-to-peer networking group led by automotive industry expert Mike Anderson.
