31st Annual AASPMN Golf Outing a Great Success
Despite a less-than-promising weather forecast leading up to the event, 106 golfers and representatives from 21 sponsoring companies gathered at Majestic Oaks Golf Club in Ham Lake for the 31st Annual AASPMN Golf Outing. Fortunately, the weather cooperated, making for a beautiful day on the course and an outstanding event.
As always, the competition was spirited. At the conclusion of play, two teams were tied for first place with impressive scores of 58 (-14 under par). The championship was ultimately decided by a tiebreaker based on the best team score on the course’s most difficult hole.
Congratulations to our top-finishing teams:
First Place
• Jim Lepley (NCS/Single Source)
• Luke Salter (TruBuilt Collision)
• Matt Newton (TruBuilt Collision)
• Zach Lehman (TruBuilt Collision)
Second Place
• Shannon Christian, Shannon’s Auto Body
• Josh Shaw, Shannon’s Auto Body
• Tyler Seeling, Shannon’s Auto Body
• Bryan Beck, Shannon’s Auto Body
During the outing, AASPMN conducted its annual split-the-pot raffle to benefit the AASPMN Education Fund. Congratulations to Laura Jacobson (Heppner’s Auto Body), whose winning ticket earned her the prize. In a remarkable display of generosity, Laura donated her winnings back to the education fund.
Thanks to the support of raffle participants, $1,275 was raised to provide scholarships for first and second year students enrolled in Minnesota’s automotive service and collision repair programs.
AASPMN extends its sincere appreciation to this year’s hole sponsors for their continued support:
3M • All City Agency • Apple Ford White Bear Lake • Auto Value Parts Stores • Axalta Coating Systems • Clear Channel Outdoors • Deano’s Collision Andover • EOS Worldwide • Enterprise Mobility • Gallagher • LKQ Minnesota • Lube-Tech • MN ADAS • NCS/Single Source • O’Reilly Auto Parts • Optimize Digital Marketing • PPG Automotive Finishes • Sherwin Williams • Suburban GM Parts • Sunbelt Business Advisors and Tekmetric.
